Happy Fall

Happy Fall to everyone! We had a great Halloween! I had to come up with a costume idea as good as last year. Cat in the Hat was hard to beat.(See last years pics) I came up short, but still had a good time making Batman and Robin costumes for the boys.

Can't you just hear the theme song? Na-na na-nah Na-na na-nah, Na-na na-nah Na-na na-nah, BATMAN!

My Super Heros!

We are excited for the holidays! Can't wait for Thanksgiving and Christmas! I think we've finally found a renter for our home, so HOPEFULLY we will be celebrating in our new place by then. Going to be busy packing and unpacking, not sure if I will be decorating.

Have a great month!

...bring May flowers

Well, truly Lynden is in bloom. Our yard is a plethera of blooming plants and trees. The fragrance of the blossoms is in the air.

Well the highlights of the past few weeks. Tesher's hair cut... he wasn't too happy about. A wiggly 1 yr old is not the easiest hair cut prospect. We've decided he is a noodle head.

...and a waffle head. ...and a washrag head. ...a Bronco Fan. ...and a future missionary.

APRIL SHOWERS

Apparently April showers bring May flowers (at least we hope they will)!! We've been doing some home and garden fixes. We've finally gotten the threshold put into the bathroom (yea!) and are anxiously awaiting the soap dish we ordered online. (Hope it fits!) With those two things the bathroom will finally be finished. PaPa and Tesher have been working hard out in the flowerbeds and are making great progress. Most of the little rock and garden edging has been removed with all the plastic lattice. ;o) The beds are tilled and we are thinking of putting in some heather, lavender and blueberry bushes to fill in some gaps. Along with some wildflowers this spring we should have some great color in the garden.

We've just celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary and we can't believe it has been that long! The past two years have gone faster than all the others. Tesher grows so fast I think I can see the difference in the mornings. Quite amazing!

SNOW

Apparently I spoke too soon as we got at least 4 inches of snow today!

Kisses for MaMa

Spring is in the Air

I've seen the crocus and the tulips peeking their little heads out of the soil. Spring is definitely in the air. I love it, 'cause I know that means BERRY SEASON is on its way!
Tesher grows more and more every day. He is teething right now, but this too will pass. He is starting to give kisses and they just melt my heart. They are now my favorite thing in the whole world.
He loves having a babysitter and practically kicks us out of the door when the girls come. He is starting to sleep better which is finally a relief! I can actually put him down without him waking up.
Valentine's day was great! We went to a Stake dance for adults and had a really fun time with great company, music and food!

Happy New Year

Hello to all! We enjoyed a "White Christmas" here in the Great Northwest. We have some snow left from the last couple storms and more piling up as we speak. We hope Santa found your houses as he was a bit late getting to our house due to the weather. Good thing Tesher doesn't know the difference.

I have a new nephew! Welcome Jackson! We love you already!

I am working up the courage to have surgery in Seattle on Tuesday. Hopefully I will be home after not too many days and I really hope Tesher remembers me. I am pretty sure he won't be thrilled with me not being here 24/7. Not sure what he will do (or what I will do)! Although, he did spend most of one day last week at the Mayberry's and he didn't want to come home when we finally got there. Yes, I am a new Mom and I am sure he will be fine... Right?
